The Florence Unified Business Department strives to provide our employees, vendors, and community members with all the necessary assistance to manage the business operations of the district. Some of our services include purchasing, payroll, budget management, food services, and transportation.
Our Department Goals
We are dedicated to providing value add to the district and community through good customer service to the schools by answering
financial questions and by making sure we meet our district fiscal responsibilities by managing the district budget in such a way as to make the best use of our educational funds.
Annual Financial Report & Expenditure Budget
According to ARS§15-904.C The FUSD Governing Board shall publish, by November 15, the Annual Financial Report for the school district. Click here to view the Annual Financial Report (Select Florence Unified School District from the drop-down box).
Additionally, the District is required to provide a copy of the yearly expenditure budget. To view the expenditure budgets, click here. The business department is happy to help you with any of your district financial questions.
