Bronco Mill

  • The Bronco Mill is a TSW (Transition from School to Work) program which is a 3rd party cooperative agreement between a school district and the Department of Economic Security (DES) and the Rehabilitation Services Administration (RSA) to provide transition services for students who qualify for Vocational Rehabilitation Services.  The goal of the program is to help students be career ready after graduation.  The Bronco Mill uses the PAES (Practical Assessment Explorations System) to provide students with a hands-on experience in a simulated work environment.  The students who complete the program graduate knowing what they are doing in a work environment, understand their strengths, have acquired work-related problem solving skills, understand the proper behavior needed at work, have a plan for where they are going, and know what careers interest them.
