All returning high school credit recovery students and new students to the credit recovery program must attend one of the following days/time with a parent or guardian. New students must have a referral from PBHS, STFHS, or FHS.
Parents must bring a copy of birth certificate, a copy of shot records and proof of residency (bill, lease agreement, etc.)

· Tuesday, July 10th 9:00 or 1:00 or 4:00
· Wednesday, July 11th 10:00 or 3:00
Attendance is mandatory for enrollment with Mountain Vista Academy Credit Recovery Program.
